Sophie Tomas

I am a confident, friendly, outgoing and organised person who is always up for a challenge. I graduated from university two years ago after studying Psychology with Criminology which was extremely interesting. I chose that field as I have always been fascinated with people and the way we behave.

After graduating I started working immediately. I’m my current role I am responsible for staff recruitment selection, interviews, onboarding and induction as well as managing staff sickness, absence and punctuality. I manage the admin team and thoroughly enjoy providing help to new starters and current employees.

When I am not working I enjoy socialising with friends, shopping and exercising.

I have worked in people based roles since I was 16. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2021 after studying psychology with Criminology.
