I very keen, orgainsed ,driven, ambitious individual and can speak and write fluent danish as well as English.

I have been a manager for almost 4 years and worked as a Team leader prior to this and also worked as a supervisor development trainer who helped to train and develop team leaders and managers in their role.

I work well within a team as well as an individual. I have managed various team sizes my biggest being 82 staff.

On a daily basis I have to ensure the day to day tasks are done, ensure we hit out goals and KPI set as well as control P&L , manage staff queries and absences inline with company policies, manage health and safety, staff development, transport issues, do staff briefs.

I like to ensure tasks are done in time and correctly first time and always look at ways to improve including using root cause analysis, 5s and kiazen techniques.

I have ISOH managing safety certificate, level 3 diploma in management and currently coming to the end of my level 5 operational manager apprenticeship.

I have business techniques qualification, six sigma yellow belt qualification.

I am happy to learn new things and take any training and courses to help me in the role.
