I have 25 years experience as a Team Leader in Baggage/Loading at British Airways.

I have for the last 4 years spent working as a Healthcare driver to assist in the local community. During my time i have developed strong customer service and excellent communication skills. My responsibilities involved orchestrating runs and journeys with careful attention to detail ensuring to meet tight time schedules. My role demanded adaptability, patience and excellent communication skills as i often liaised with care-givers to coordinate care plans effectively and to facilitate safe travel to medical appointments, social engagements and various daily activities, alongside the ability to solve any issues quickly and professionally.
