Steve Doran

I am currently a Manager of a team of +50 staff who provide safety and security in a High Secure Hospital Control Room, treating patients who require treatment and care in conditions of high security to protect Staff, Visitors, other Patients and the wider public.

Responsible for the management and welfare of all staff whilst balancing the demands and operational effectiveness of the department.

I keep myself in fit, healthy condition.

I have worked in both the NHS and The Armed Forces for over 37 years. I have good teamwork skills and have gained valuable experience in working in difficult and demanding roles.

I have a number of qualifications up to Level 6 and enjoy studying in my spare time and am currently studying further academic subjects for personal development
