I am currently the Lead operational manager for Colorectal and General surgery at Salford royal.

I have experience of operational management within multiple divisions including surgery, medicine, Urgent care and the community services.

I support strategic and operational implementation and optimum service delivery and i am responsible for the day to day operational service requirements and performance standards and work collaboratively with teams across the division.
