I am an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who likes to work under pressure and be part of a team as well as being able to work alone. I have an extremely positive attitude and I like to socialise and travel in my spare time. I have 20 years of experience working with customers and computer systems and learn new skills with ease. Dealing with customers by answering phones and responding to live chat -and emails, helping with their queries and being there for the customer, showing an ability to listen and show empathy.
Working hard in a busy claims environment dealing with customers who call to discuss their claim. Dealing with claim diaries, post, fraud and recoveries and also arranging meeting, claims handling, setting up new claims, recognising failure and trying to prevent further failures, managing caseload.

After my introductory course, I decided my main focus would be the music side. I was successful in my role at Dundee College and learned basic music theory, music law, music recording and live performance.
