I am an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who likes to work under pressure and be part of a team as well as being able to work alone. Working hard in a busy claims environment dealing with customers who call to discuss their claim. Dealing with claim diaries, post, fraud and recoveries and also arranging meeting, claims handling, setting up new claims, recognising failure and trying to prevent further failures, managing caseload.

After my introductory course, I decided my main focus would be the music side. I was successful in my role at Dundee College and learned basic music theory, music law, music recording and live performance.
