About

In 2018 I attended Edinburgh College and studied Social Science HNC but decided to drop out. I previously worked at Mcdonalds for three years. From 2021 to 2024. I am currently very keen to find employment in the local area.

From working in hospitality. I have become a very patient and well organized person with good communication skills. I am very keen to use and develop these skills in a retail, hospitality or warehouse environment.

Throughout my education I have had the additional challenge of dyslexia and being partially sighted. However, as you can see. I still managed to gain an HNC and 5 Highers.

  • Food Production (cooking of meat patties, chicken, fish and chips. Either through grilling or deep frying)

  • Due to the shortage of staff on night shift I was also responsible for training of new staff at the previously mentioned stations
  • Employee of the month for march in 2022

Work Experience - Marriott Hotel and Princess Trust

When I was nineteen I had work experience with the princess trust and the Marriot Hotel. This involved working in a kitchen, a bartending and safety exam plus various team activities.
