With over 20 years of experience in food production and restaurant industry I am seeking an exciting and challenging kitchen operations role to use my experience in casual dining, contract catering, and event catering. I am experienced in multisite and production kitchen management. Multi cuisine experience including Japanese, Malaysian, Thai, Vietnams, Italian, Srilankan and Chinese.
I have vast experience in new sites opening, managing production units, hiring, training, and developing the kitchen team. I have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and train new menu within multiple sites. I have done lots of outside catering for my workplaces including cooking classes for larger groups holding up to 60 guests.
I have very good knowledge with food industry online systems Fourth hospitality, R9, Star chef recipe input and stock management. I understand the workings of GP, Food cost control and Labour control including P&L management. I enjoy using my experience to develop new menu dishes in each menu change happens in restaurant brands.
