Starting my career journey in customer service in 2017-2019. I worked as a Game Host at famous Merlin adventure resort Chessington World of Adventures. Here I developed a love for fun and fantastic customer service and roles where I could make other people's day a bit brighter.
From there I worked in more person facing roles, from tuition to work as an Ambassador at the University of Kent: stewarding events and working directly with parties of all sizes to create a positive experience for all. Then I worked in Digital Marketing, specifically customer experience - to drill down into what customers need, what barriers they face and how companies can best navigate them. Following this I worked in Children's publishing, helping authors deliver their life's work to the children who admire them through PR and events.
I'm currently working as a virtual assistant, working closely with my client to help them set and achieve their career goals. I find this work deeply fulfilling, but I'm looking for faster paced work where I can utilize the wider range of my customer service skills. Wherever I go, I want to develop new skills and make new connections.
