Collaborate - consulted with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, steel workers in developing commercial properties.

Attention to detail – Ensure design work has been followed throughout the project and oversaw that the buildings and structures remain stable and secure and they do not deflect, rotate or collapse.
Project experience: Executed plans to build two portal frames from the ground up which consisted of 12 new commercial ranging from 1000sqft up to 1500sqft.
Managed a million-pound project of commercial units ranging from 1500sqft up to 4000sqft at an established development.
