I want to work with likeminded people to help build impactful products and companies that have a vision. An early experience at Novastar Ventures in Kenya gave me an insight into the power of capital, enterprise, and creativity to effect transformation on a social and environmental level and I've been hungry for more of that ever since.

Over the past 5 years at C. Hoare & Co. I’ve managed the pricing for a £7bn deposit book during a period of exceptional market turbulence; I’ve successfully launched new products to customers, including US dollar fixed term deposits (growing a $150m book) and a digital foreign exchange trading service. I’ve also served as a board member for a pension fund, gaining exposure to the considerations involved in managing a multi-asset portfolio. Studying the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing has furthered my conviction that ESG factors must be taken into consideration by companies and investors alike to avoid being left behind in a rapidly changing world.

C. Hoare & Co., Senior Product Manager (October 2018 – May 2023)

• Project managed the build and launch of USdollar fixed term deposits, growing a $150mbook.
• Developed and launched a proprietary digitalforeign exchange service, an alternative to the telephony trading service model, keeping pacewith evolving consumer and SME preferences
• Managed deposit pricing for a £7bn book overconsecutive BOE and Fed rate changes.Modeled pricing strategies, analysed market and deposit movements, presented proposals to senior stakeholders, and effected rate changes by coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Drove expansion into regional markets: led business development in 4 target geographies, analysed TAM and intermediary and competitor networks, leading to hires in 3 regional hubs.
• Operated deposit and foreign exchange B2C product lines: responsible for strategy; product and proposition design and development; product governance; pricing; market research; customer analytics and reporting; customer product communications and queries.

Hoare’s Bank Pension Trustees Limited, Director(September 2021 – May 2023)

• Ensured proper scheme governance (and investment) for a >£100m DB pension scheme.

Antaco, Investor Relations Associate (contract)(August 2018 – September 2018)

• Developed fundraising collateral for a start-up turning organic waste into carbon-neutral biofuel.

• Reviewing fund legals, partner equitytransactions, closings for GP commitment vehicles, Companies House filings, AML, compliance monitoring, and reputational risk monitoring.
• Standardised previously ad hoc approach toinvestee due diligence requests by creatinginformation and documentation packs on all Pantheon funds and SPVs.
• Impact investing market research: analysinginvestable GPs and competitor strategies, and coordinating business development with GPsto form house view on impact.
