• Identified and actively pursuing EU Innovation Fund opportunities for major project finance, engaging external service providers to conduct gap assessments and structure the bid.
• Lead the 2025 Capital Raise campaign (€11 million target), creating and nurturing a pipeline of 150 counterparty investors, pitching, managing the process, and overseeing all due diligence delivery.
• Co-led the preparation of the 2025/6 budget and built a relationship with new board directors, leading to the approval of the company's largest ever capital spend to accelerate technology readiness level from 5 to 7.
• Supported the CEO during the 2022 Capital Raise ($35M), achieving 3x cumulative total funding versus the prior 17 years combined.
• Achieved the first revenue for the company by monetising laboratory Circularity Services selling into partners such as Lycra & ASICS, resulting in significant projects with expanded scope.
• Negotiated and executed a Joint Development Agreement with the world's largest Paper & Packaging company (DS Smith), creating a pathway to future revenue potential of >$100 million per annum.
• Built the "Swiss Textile Recycling Ecosystem", a 9-company partnership demonstrating a textiles circular economy.
• Secured supply and offtake arrangements for pilot facilities to prove fibre-to-fibre and secondary markets.
• Re-negotiated an exclusivity arrangement with an industry partner, successfully unlocking access to the US and Canada, generating significant future enterprise potential.

• Spearheaded a modernisation and transformation programme across BP's Middle East upstream portfolio, rolling it out for 2000 staff spanning five countries (Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Oman & UK).
• Attained top BP Upstream region reputation within six months.
• Concurrently delivered the field development and management plan for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company regarding a multi-billion-barrel oil reservoir (Habshan-1).

Production Forecast & Performance Manager, Rumaila, Iraq at BP PLC (2014-01 – 2017-12)

• Managed production risks for the world's 3rd largest oil field, Rumaila.
• Optimised work plans to maintain 2014 in-year production within 80% of target while achieving a £2.4B (60%) reduction in budget, successfully navigating the context of an ISIS invasion and Arabian oil prices declining from $100-$20/bbl.
• Directed integration of engineering teams to end decades of desert water disposal, allowing pollution removal from significant environmental hazards.
