Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire.

• Through a committed and supportive focus on standards and quality,

ensured contract KPIs were consistently exceeded, and the strong reputation of a growing business was maintained.

• Leading a collaborative, targeted marketing focus with school Business

Managers, achieved income growth of 6.5% across applicable L4L sites.

• Through sales presentations, current client testimonials, and sustainable &

competitive contract negotiations, 19 sites totalling £2.5m in revenue were added and mobilised in the region, whilst all annualising contracts were successfully retained.

• Initiated a team development review program to nurture incumbent talent,

leading to an increase in team retention and improved client feedback.

• Ensured the profitability of the businesses through team development in margin controls, recipe management and quality focus, beating sales and profit targets for FY2324.
