Over 25 years of experience of designing, delivering, managing and commissioning research and evaluation. Passionate about generating insights to inform effective decision making and drive programme and organisational success. I have spent the last 15 years working in national roles in the NHS, in quality improvement, staff experience and leadership development. Leading on research and evaluation, and strategy development.
Previous roles include working in a global consultancy as a research and evaluation lead working on programmes for mainly public sector clients in sectors such as health and transport planning. I also worked in a brand and advertising agency, evaluating a range of marketing, advertising and sponsorship campaigns.
