Trained as a Primary school teacher after 15 years in Engineering sector.

Experienced in Engineering and Education sectors, I am a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to quickly understand complex and technical concepts. In addition, I possess strong analytical and project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through to completion. My professional skills have adapted to many changes across engineering and education sectors and I have always managed to exceed expectations when doing so. From September 2020 to September 2021 I was undertaking my PGCE in primary teaching and working in schools as part of my course.

Key achievements

• I developed the skills and expertise of colleagues through the expansion of an extensive network of repair and operating procedures, in line with national and company standards.
• I led the quality team in securing the highest score from multiple external customer audits and consecutive high performances from audits by British Standards. 
• Vital position in key discussions around acquisition and management of key customer accounts.
• I performed internal audits, leading to wholesale positive changes within a fast paced, dynamic workshop. 
• Through data analysis and excellent customer service, I retained a vital relationship with key customers, enabling future business to thrive. 
• In my current role as a teacher, I have enabled my class to achieve above the national average in multiple assessments.
• Through outstanding pedagogy and an empathetic and calm approach, I have developed a proven record of enabling children to thrive and exceed expectations across the core subjects of English and Maths.

Graduated with a first class honours degree in International Education in 2020, followed by a PGCE in Primary teaching in 2021.
