Started as a Financial Advisor for Close Brothers which was a campaign led by Teleperformance, role is to deliver tailored assistance to customers on behalf of a leading UK financial institution, including managing payments, updating account information, and addressing finance related enquiries. Uphold exceptional service standards by communicating clearly, showing empathy, and adhering to industry regulations and procedures. Confidently navigate new systems and workflows in a target-led environment.

Due to my skills in communication and experience I was promoted to a role where I worked for Student Loans (SLC) as a Customer Loans Advisor, this role included taking inbound calls made by students regarding maintenance loans and tuition fee payment amounts. This allowed me to communicate from all age ranges. I would deal with explaining the payments and any rejections made from student loan applications, this allowed me to deal with customers in a professional manner.

Working as a point of contact for capita customers has allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I would always exceed my KPI's which allowed me to progress into managing my team of 13 members when my manager would be on leave.
