The key focus of my current role as Head of Service at Capita, Primary Care Support England is based around providing leadership, direction, and oversight to the operational management teams to deliver an efficient and effective end to end service for the customer, client, and our business.
Educated to A Level standard followed by 25 years experience in customer service and management roles.
