Administered Performance-Based Contract (PBC) road maintenance programmes for the Kaplong–Kisii (B6) and Amala River–Kaplong (B7) roads, monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual service levels, quality standards and project specifications.
Contributed to the preliminary design of a 2.5 km dual carriageway in Bomet town and completed the design of a 1.5 km service road for Lorna Laboso Hospital, Bomet County.

Prepared construction drawings for culverts, traffic signage, centreline markings and road furniture, and drafted Engineer's Instructions for Resident Engineer approval and contractor implementation.
Conducted a road safety audit on the Bonchari section near Keroka Town, identifying accident black spots and recommending engineering interventions to improve road safety.
Managed utility coordination with Kenya Power, Bomet County Government and the contractor to relocate power lines at Kaplong Junction, supporting the timely delivery of the junction capacity enhancement works.
Prepared Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and contractor performance reports, supporting project delivery and contract administration.
Managed quality assurance for pavement construction by reviewing field inspection and laboratory test data to verify compliance with project specifications for aggregate grading, base course materials, asphalt placement temperatures, compaction and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) requirements.

Collaborated with the Base Commanders for Bomet and Kisii Counties to obtain accident reports, supporting road safety planning and engineering decision-making.
Identified and reported on-site challenges including vandalism, encroachments, and drainage failures to ensure timely corrective action.
