After finishing my high school , I studied Catering and Restaurant manager . Throughout my education I learned about how to operate a Restaurant ( safety and quality assurance checks , administrative activities , practicing catering , marketing and pr knowledge ) . I spent over 15 years in Hospitality now and through this journey I have gained a lot of experience about customer relationship , communication also being a team player . My strength are : reliable , creative , honest , enthusiastic and fast learner . My weakness are : self - criticism , too detailed oriented and perfectionist .
