I took voluntary redundancy after 13 years with FCDO Services where I served in various roles and spending the last 6 years as Business Continuity and Resilience Manager. I am a qualified Business Continuity Practitioner; maintaining certification of ISO22301 standard; developing and facilitating exercises at all levels of the organisation; collaborating across government on joint exercises and joint resilience strategy documents.
