This is Xiaohang Xu from the School of Public Health, Zhejiang University. I am looking for a postdoctoral/research associate position. I recently completed my Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Health Statistics at Zhejiang University under Professor Xifeng Wu, defending my thesis "Study on Alternative Polyadenylation and Its Genetic Regulation in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer" on May 27, 2025.
I have a strong background in multi-omics data analysis (WGS/RNA-seq), and my current work on the genetic regulation of APA has equipped me with expertise in APA/splicing quantification, GWAS, TWAS, QTL analysis, heritability estimation, and gene set enrichment analysis. In addition, I possess strong programming skills in R as well as excellent teamwork abilities.
