Experience
Currently manager of a 4-star hotel with 53 rooms and 90 employees. I oversee all aspects of the business. This includes the restaurant, bar, functions, and weddings (up to 90 weddings per year), as well as room service, reception, and marketing. I also work alongside the owners on the financials of the business. Since starting my role, we have more than doubled the hotel's bottom line while reducing margins and payroll. I was promoted to this position from my previous role at Greenbank Hotel, which is part of the same company. We anticipate a profit of over £1 million for the year.
