I am a motivated individual who works hard and does not back down from a challenge. I have had some work experience in different environments from assisting users in a busy Pharmacy practice to managing parcels and letters at a fast-paced Royal Mail sorting office.
I am also proficient with Windows 10, 11 and all MS Office applications. I am confident with IT system and quickly grasp new technologies and processes.

I have had exposure to the ticket logging system Cherwell and have an understanding of SLA’s and what the importance of them are within an environment/ I also have basic knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework, incident management, Request management, problem management etc.
Currently studying Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking at Coventry University.
