3-Experience in dealing and satisfying with and provide QUALITY SERVICES TO more then 10 FM Facilities Managers on more then 55 sites in around Berkshire,Buckinghamshire Hertfordshire Surrey and so on.
4-I have Trained and Develop several front line staff on different sites .I have given them knowledge and made them competent to perform their tasks as per SOP,s according to their site assignment instruction.
5-I have good knowledge about BMS Building Management system and SLA Service level agreement.I always keep in touch with the site contractors for managing lifts,Barriers,landscaping,chiller system in or around Plant room etc.
