• Assist in the registration of new taxpayers, ensuring accurate entry of information into the GRA system.
• Process penalty waiver applications, verifying eligibility and supporting documentation before submission for approval.
• Facilitate cancellation of taxpayer registrations, ensuring due process and compliance with GRA regulations.
• Coordinate transfer of taxpayer file between tax offices, maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation throughout the process.
• Maintain and update physical and electronic records of taxpayers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide administrative support to the secretary and senior officers, including managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
