Olivier Millier

I've spent my career surrounded by creative work—making it, leading it, figuring out how to get it out into the world. Along the way, I discovered that what I really enjoy is creating the conditions for good work to happen: clear processes, aligned teams, a path from idea to done that doesn't feel like pushing rocks uphill.

I get genuine satisfaction from helping designers do their best work, from untangling operational knots so creativity can breathe, from giving a messy idea just enough structure to become something real. It's the designer in me, I suppose—always looking for a better way, a clearer frame, a more elegant solution.
