With more than 15 years Experience, I started my career in PR and marketing. In 2014, I joined Guotai Junan and started my Fixed Income specialization, specializing in income and yield trading with a strong client base in investment grade and high yield bonds;
Hands-on experience in financial product sales (including Bonds, IPOs, PE/VC, Private Credit, MMFs, etc.) and familiar with the current regulatory framework; experience in building new platforms;
Ability to analyze the market and adapt to new environments
Build up pricing analysis model including DCF, LBO model and manage PNL
Successfully handled Over 50+ new issues in the primary market including public issuance and
private placement (covering energy, property, and LGFV), serving as the role of Joint Global Coordinatorfor more than 30%. Completed an equity placement and project financing of approximately $200 million.
