Group CFO / Head of Finance at ICT Európa Finance Zrt. (2017-01 – Present)

Held full financial and P&L accountability for the group while net revenue grew by 106% (2021–2025) to a top-6 market position. Directed and personally shaped the group's automation roadmap; introduced LLM-based tools and AI agents into finance operations (such as invoice processing, bank reconciliation); owned the controlling framework design. Directed the group's IT function - infrastructure operations, IT strategy, outsourced CIO/CISO oversight, and the in-house development team.

Professional Director at ICT Európa Finance Zrt. (2009-01 – 2017-01)

Designed and built the company's core operating model from scratch - administrative processes, service delivery workflows, quality controls - scaling it from startup to ~70 employees. Drove early automation (Excel VBA/macros, later SQL- and API-based integrations), laying the foundation for a fully paperless accounting office. Initiated and drove the development of two in-house software products as domain expert: wrote functional specifications, ran testing, and prioritized the development backlog (an internal ERP system, delivered by 2017, and a financial management system for clients, in the design phase at that time).

Built the finance and accounting function from zero (greenfield); served as finance-side owner of the SAP FI implementation - process design, configuration requirements, testing.
