- Setting and develop Health & Safety Management System integrated with Contractor Management System
- Develop relevant emergency response procedures and how they relate to the foreseeable accident scenarios. Including monitoring emergency drills to ensure that adequate awareness of operation emergency procedures exist.
- Application of safety standard, procedure and regulation.
- Investigates accidents by spot inspection and interrogation of parties and/or witnesses involved to determine cause and prevent reoccurrence of same.
- Prepare reports based on inspection, observation and investigation; recommending measures and methods of eliminating unsafe working conditions and procedures.
- Coordinated efforts for ensuring compliance with international & local standards.
- Monitors safety rules and regulations in the working area.
- Teaches and monitors all staff for HSE training and understanding of rules and regulations. Compile and reports all HSE statistics.
- Ensure contractor quality and compliance through use of audits and inspection of contractors/supplier HSE programs and implementation.

- Monitors proper housekeeping and cleaning of the work area including tools and equipment, vehicles, supplies, etc.
- Carry out HAZOPS SOP development
- Solid knowledge of PSM 14 elements, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant safety standards (OSHA 3132 / 2000)
- Hands-on experience in conducting HAZOP, SIL, SIS, LOPA
- Familiar with fire and explosion (steam explosion) risk assessment, management of change (MOC)
- Understanding the implementation of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015
- Pre-startup Safety Review (PSSR) development
- FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis), PHA (process hazard analysis), FTA (fault tree analysis)
