I am a Diploma III graduate from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) majoring in Agribusiness Management with a GPA of 2.91. I possess more than 8 years of professional experience across the F&B, banking, and insurance industries. I began my career as a Barista at Starbucks Indonesia (PT Sari Coffee Indonesia), where I worked for 5 years, before continuing as a Telemarketing Officer at Bank Mega for 1 year, and later as a Bancassurance Officer at Panin Dai-ichi Life for 2 years.

Currently, I serve as a Store Manager at HAUS! Indonesia under Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara, with responsibilities focused on store operations management, team leadership, target achievement, and customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills, along with the ability to adapt and perform effectively in dynamic and target-oriented environments.
