A digital platform that serves pharmacy professionals to connect, also facilitates B2B commerce, and POS

• Partnered with international UXRs, PMs, and developers to deliver rapid design solutions, later stepping up to independently manage the Community and POS app designs
• Conducted pharmacy store observation to design targeted POS solutions, and executed desk research for the Community app that successfully elevated backlog projects to priority initiatives
• Modernized the Commerce app design system, scaled design systems for several other websites, and drove team knowledge by introducing advanced Figma features
