Product Design Lead at Gokomodo Indonesia (2020-08 – Present)

Joined as Gokomodo's first and only designer, with no team, process, or design system in place. Built all three from scratch and grew the design team from 1 to 8 (product designers and graphic designers) while leading design across five product verticals.

• Led design and research for a points-based loyalty program (Gokokoin) serving Gokomodo's B2B/B2C agri-input marketplace, growing to 68,000+ active members with 14.1B+ points issued and a 42% redemption rate.
• Negotiated a product pivot with C-level stakeholders after an online-ordering feature was pulled over pricing risk, redesigning it into a catalog + admin-assisted purchase model that preserved the core shopping experience.
• Identified a data blind spot in the WhatsApp-based ordering channel and led its rebuild into a trackable in-app RFQ-to-quotation funnel, reaching 90% quotation-to-payment conversion and a 100% admin response rate.
• Designed and shipped Klinik Tani, an agronomist video/chat consultation feature pairing farmers with expert advice and personalized product recommendations, driving 94% consultation-to-purchase conversion across 855 consultations.
• Led field research (surveys and interviews with farmer group leaders) to prioritize the product roadmap and translate stakeholder signals into a structured feature-prioritization framework.
• Mentored individual contributors into senior design roles, building a team culture centered on design thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
