Frency has a total 3 years experience in Recruitment. I start my career at Recruicity as a Intern for 3 months then I got a promotion to be Recruitment Consultant for 1 year. After my contract end, I continue my career at PT Propan Raya as HR Officer from 2022 until now

HR Officer at PT Propan Raya ICC (2022-09 – Present)

• Handle for Regional 1, consisting of 6 Branches (Tangerang, DKJ Barat, DKJ Timur, Serang, Bogor, Pontianak)
• Attracting, interviewing and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's needs
• Conducting psychotest (CFIT, Pauli, WZT, DAP, BAUM)
• Monitoring employee contracts (PKWT/PKWTT)
• Monitor employee KPI (Key Performance Indicators), to become running smoothly
• Monitor promotion, demotion, transfer and rotation processes for all employees

Recruitment Consultant at Recruicity (2021-04 – 2022-07)

• Develop good understanding of client's companies
• Headhunting
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work
• Sourcing and Interview candidates Prepare CVs and Correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the clients
