● Ensured products to be distributed are free from physical contamination.

Functional Food Product Developer, November – December 2023
● Generated ideas of the main product, "Murakeki" is a vegan version of Broodje Sauce with purple yam and cranberry filling.
● Developed and formulated the recipe as well as created the product.
● Design the packaging of the product, determine the label, and how to market the product in accordance with Indonesian regulations with fellow group members.
● Composed the prototype of the product as well as presented with fellow teammates in front of 30+
audiences.
● Developed food product that are high in plant-based protein at an affordable price.
● Tested the product to potential customers to evaluate interest and adjust the price of the product..
● Marketed products at offline events and successfully sold 25+ packages.
● Collected feedbacks from potential customers to improvise the product.
● Developed a proposal to analyze 2 sausage products, which are supermarket sausages and bulk sausages.
● Prepared samples and microbial growth media.
● Conducted microbial analysis using the Total Plate Count method.
● Deconstruct the tools used after the analysis is complete.
● Compiled a report of the analysis results
● Compiled a review article on fermented food in the form of luwak coffee together with 2 group members.
● Reviewed 4 journals.
