Internship at MUSEUM FATAHILLAH (2022-05 – 2022-07)

• Guided visitors through museum exhibitions and provided information about historical collections.
• Assisted in educational tourism programs, including study tours from schools and institutions.
• Delivered excellent customer service by responding to visitor inquiries and providing accurate information.

Internship at ANTAVAYA (2022-07 – 2022-09)

• Prepared travel documents and operational data, including rooming lists, passport lists, and supporting administrative documents.
• Booked flight tickets through airline reservation systems based on travel requirements.

Sales Support at TOKYO ASEAN SERVICE (2023-10 – 2026-07)

• Prepared and managed travel documents, including final itineraries, hotel lists, restaurant reservations, welcome signs, attraction tickets, Tour Guide operational documents, and Japan visa application documents for guests from Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
• Coordinated operational requirements for Tour Guides during tours in Japan.
• Arranged land services in Jakarta, including local guides, transportation, drivers, and attraction tickets.
• Managed office administration, including payroll, banking transactions, reimbursements, and operational financial records.
• Served as a Sales Representative for The Sumo Hall Hirakuza, promoting and selling products directly to customers (B2C).
