I have expertise and decades of experience as Food Safety and/or Quality Assurance Manager in food industry, from B to B to logistic and distribution center business. My last project is production scale for dairy product packed in aseptic packaging and develop transportation and quality system for cake co-manufacturing.
I have more than 20 years experience in food industry and mostly as Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager. I lead team across facility and work closely with other stakeholder (internal/external), provide strategy to contribute to the business, develop/improve/sustain management system, conduct internal/external audit and develop the team through Training Need Analysis.
Currently, I continue my study in IPB University to gain my master degree in Food Science and will finish my research in the year of 2023. And, I have bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology from Universitas Pasundan Bandung (West Java)
