I am an experienced Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer with a strong background in creating end-to-end learning programs across digital, in-person, and blended formats. With demonstrated expertise in learning needs analysis, competency-based curriculum development, and content design. I apply various learning models to drive measurable learning outcomes.

I have contributed to a range of impactful projects, including mentoring, developing scalable training programs, instructional storytelling, LMS management, facilitation, and training evaluation. My work is grounded in research and a passion for accessible, learner-centered education. I hold a B.Ed in Sociology of Education from the State University of Jakarta
