Robin Richards

Robin is an experienced research professional with some 20 years of applied social research in Africa and South-East Asia. He has proven expertise in data analysis, literature reviews, stakeholder engagement, and policy evaluation. Robin is adept at synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, with a strong record of collaboration across academic, NGO, and government sectors. He is currently seeking short-term or contract-based research roles in Ireland.

Since 2020 until the present, Robin has been a part time consultant on the K4DD programme (Knowledge for Development and Diplomacy), funded by the Foreign Commonwealth Development Programme. His role is to write rapid evidence reviews on bespoke topics for FCDO on a wide range of development themes focussing mainly on Africa and South-East Asia.
