My experience spans multiple industries including banking, insurance, telecom, manufacturing, FMCG, payments, and HCM, and across geographies such as India, Australia, the US, and Europe.

I have coached teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leaders across Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models, helping organizations move toward value-driven, predictable delivery. I have consistently improved governance, delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational stability by reducing production issues and escalations.

I have hired, onboarded, and developed high-performing teams, managed performance and attrition, and supported individuals through coaching and counselling. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, which provides a strong foundation in software development and enterprise systems. I am also a PMP-certified Project Management Professional and ICAgile Certified Agile Coach, reflecting formal training in delivery leadership and agile practices. In addition, I have a Diploma in Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, which strengthens my people leadership, communication, and coaching effectiveness.
