I am a Team leader who works in NOC (Network operation center). I manage a team and manager Customer Support and Service Management. We have multiple customers around the globe and help them to provide the solution related to their services. I have total 16 years of experience.

I have 16 years of total experience in Leading the team, managing customers. I have been working with some of the major telecom provider in India like Tata communications Ltd, and Global cloud xchange.

I have done my Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
