• Junior Staff handling.
• Checking the all Toll Booths Equipment’s
• Training and development of the, Toll Collector, Sr. Toll Collector, Lane Attendant.
• Coordinating with the technical team to prevent sudden breakdown in plaza.
• Responsibility regarding toll collection, making reports for all exemption, violation daily traffic, collection.
• Reconciliation of collection and shortage, surplus of toll collector at the end of each shift.
