- Conceived and launched Gateway as smallcase's B2B business line — a multi-tenant API platform with cross-platform SDKs, webhook-driven event architecture, and sandbox-to-production onboarding flows — enabling 120+ regulated partners (banks, NBFCs, brokers, AAs) to embed investment and credit products into their surfaces. Defined API versioning strategy, partner integration standards, and monetisation tiers from first principles
- Owned partner integration & usage success metrics including time to go live, activation rate, time-to-value, and partner-level LTV; built a tracking and experimentation framework that benchmarked partner performance against SLA commitments and drove measurable adoption uplift
- Shipped white-label IBT-compliant investment application adopted by India's top 20 brokers, including Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, and HDFC Securities; materially reduced time-to-launch and established a repeatable large partner onboarding playbook
- Built broker lead-generation distribution across 100+ digital platforms, opening a new brokerage revenue stream with a 12-month LTV of ₹468 per user
