• Demanding necessary documents from Shipper to avail various Import custom duty benefit (SAFTA, Mercosur, LDC)
• Follow up with Finance and Bank for timely payments
• Coordination with transporter for timely delivery and empty container surrender to avoid demurrages and detentions
• Maintain the data pertaining to Process and QMS/Maintaining the Records of Import & Export
• Getting offers for Ocean Freights and making comparison sheet for approval
• Making Contract for the approved CHA
• Checking with Purchase Dept. for readiness of goods at Vendors factories
• Coordinating with plant team supports for readiness of the cargo
• Ensuring cargo is packed and stuffed properly
• Coordinating transport from vendors factory to the shipping port
• Planning and executing the shipments as per booked vessel schedule
• Making Pre-shipment and Post shipment Export documents
• Providing all drafts documents to buyer for checking prior to final issuance
• Following up of all Export Incentives with Govt. Agencies
