• Log the service request with concerned agencies and stake holder for operations & reviewing the same as per the SLA & timely closure of service requests to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Handling Audits - Internal & External and also Certification Audits.
• Involved in various Power, Air & Water Quality Audits for the betterment of the Data Centre.
• Coordinating with the statutory bodies, BESCOM, CPCB, Fire and Safety & CEIG.
• Preparing/Reviewing the Daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly Management Information System, Equipment status, Incident reports, Task tracking sheet, Snag list and other records as required.
• Preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and PPM schedule for all the Equipment's.
• Power usage effectiveness (PUE) maintaining as per SLA in Data Centre (Tier-III).
• Handling the complete manpower management like Soft service & Technical team.
• Managing and tracking the AMC with respective OEMs for renewal within due dates.
