● Exposed to recruitment tools like Jobsites & Databases.
● Experience in niche hiring with tactical expertise in managing end to end recruitment.
● Involved in End-to-End Recruitment. Client Management, Team management.
● Experience in Managing, Tracking Effort, Team Sizing based on Effort & Status Reporting.
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
Actively engaging with clients to understand their staffing needs and future goals.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
Regularly reviewing client relationships and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidates for their open positions.
Working with internal teams to source, interview, and select candidates.
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs.
Actively seeking new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospecting for new clients.
Developing and implementing strategies to expand the consultancy's client base.
Representing the consultancy at industry events and networking opportunities.
Handling recruitment team to deliver profiles according to the need of clients
