Development and Standardization of Ready of Heat and Eat Fish Biriyani: Influence of Cooking Methods on product quality. Study focused on developing and standardizing a ready-to-heat fish biriyani by optimizing formulation and processing conditions. The effect of different cooking methods on sensory quality, texture, and overall acceptability of the product was evaluated.
