Kumar M. holds the positions of Deputy Vice Chancellor and Full Professor of Business Management. He holds a dual doctorate in behavioral sciences and business administration.

He has five patents, four patent publications, twenty one copyrights, and nine books on business management, and three monographs, to go along with his academic credentials.
He serves as an editor and editorial board member for several high-impact international publications. He has trained academics, researchers, and business leaders from more than 25 nations, and for more than 18 years. He has worked as a consultant and in research and development at both the national and international levels.
