Monitoring and evaluating all samples with suppliers, technical parameters, Quality Assurance in Quality inspection in inline, mid & final inspection with required AQL standards. Basic testing methods as per buyer requirement.
- Monitoring and analyzing initial sample, SMS sample, Size set, PP and Polet run samples before sending to buyer.
- Coordination with Merchandiser and supplier to clarify product related issues to get correct product and reduce the rejection level.
- Understanding the buyer comments and educating the same to supplier and line QC to get the right quality product from production.
- Educating new suppliers to meet the quality standard and understanding the SOP Analyzing Fabric processes test reports, Garment and Home Furnishing processes test report for precautionary action.
- Visiting fabric suppliers and providing the requirement as per standard of Product before starting production.
- Monitoring closely the daily reports of the QC in production and solving the issues. Final audit of the goods is done and the dispatched reports are submitted to buyer.
- Creating Awareness towards the factory QC department.
- Technical detail towards the floor people about the Buyer standard
- Checking the test report as per Buyer standard
- Random packing audit of garments in packing stage
- Pre final packing goods, audit in packing stage
- Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
- Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
- As per 4-point system audit fabric process with buyer handling.
- Machine experience in air jet Sulzer rapier jacquards picknoile and opitimax.
- Different types of count and design experience in fabric like plain twill satin mat diamond etc.
- As Planning I have followed from beginning of the production up to the End product get ready.
- My self and as per Planning Dept to 100 % Production with Best Quality.
- Giving Desired Production to meet the required delivery schedules as per Programmed.
- Co-ordination with Each department as per program planned.
- Having Well Handling knowledge over operators.
- Preparing the daily Expected Production report, and which is followed by the operators
- Maintaining ISO related documents like logbook, Designs.
- Managing strict standard of Quality and Technical construction.
