• Retail above 5 Cores. Performing Team leader role in disbursement team. Handling team of 21 team members ( Team centralized in Delhi &
• Mumbai for PAN India). Checking Document compliance as per Sanction letter for Disbursement of loans. Pre shipment disbursement as per tentative delivery value provided by borrower. Being prepared and to attend various types of audit related queries (Operational Risk audit, AML audit, Credit Risk audit, Group audit) by effectively managing the entire house keeping related activities of deferral and covenant related approvals of each customer respectively. To proactively monitor the deferrals / covenants and ensure that they are closed within the stipulated time line. Ensuring proper adherence to TATs as per SLA. Working on audit clean-up & ensuring that audit issues if any, are closed out. Reconciliation of intermediaries General ledgers. Repayment of loans as per due date set in system &
