I have 6 year of experience in Purchase Engineering and 3 experience Data Engineering Department In hyundai transys Lear (Automotive sector)

I have implemented the Data science/Machine Learning concept in my company 

Project 1 - Implementation of Vision camera to detect orientation of Auto Barcode Scanning & Seat Design Pattern Identification) using Deep Learning.

Project 2 - Predictive maintenance -increases UPH,Reduce warranty & recall costs,improves customer service ,Handles dynamic supply chain management

Periodic Maintenance,Inventory Control, Planning and Forecast scheduling

 

Project 3 - Harmonic Analysis ,Vibration analysis,Calibration of measuring & monitoring Data analysis and report preparation

Project 4 - Critical Spare Parts special inspection PM and BOM to be developed ,Reorder level,

Project 4 -  Created Regression ML model for 2023 Car Sales Prediction with 63% accuracy for HMI using Machine learning.
